HOUSING - SUBMIT YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS BY JANUARY 9

To submit your hotel reservations, please fill out the hotel reservations section on the course registration form. Hotel reservations will be submitted to the Aqua Hotel by the ONE Spine Administrative Office. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within one week confirming your reservation.

There is no additional charge for up to 2 children 12 and under when sharing a room with 1 or 2 adults. Room rates are subject to 12% tax.
You will be required to present a credit card at check-in for all hotel charges. Cancellations and no-shows within 21 days of arrival will be charged the full stay. For availability of suites, connecting rooms, or other arrangements, please contact us at USA (630) 681-1040.
Reservations received after January 9 will be accepted on a space/rate available base only.
Travel
